How do I buy from affiche-poster.com?

View the list of posters or select photos of the posters you want by selecting the different poster types on the left, then access a product sheet by clicking on the photo. If necessary, order the desired number of this poster by indicating the desired number. You can also order the poster alone or encapsulated (double-sided plastic film) to ensure permanent protection. Set aside the product you are interested in by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. If necessary, adjust the quantity and confirm by clicking the "Update Cart" button. Continue shopping by repeating the same procedure.

When you have finished shopping, click the "Order" button. You must then create your customer account. This step only takes a few seconds. All you have to do is specify your shipping and billing addresses and choose your payment method before confirming your order.

How to pay?

- By credit card with online payment (on the secure PayPal website). The order is sent immediately upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

- By bank transfer (specifying the order number in the transfer comment to improve processing speed). The order is sent upon receipt of the transfer at our bank. Additional fees for a bank transfer are the customer's responsibility.

- By postal or bank check denominated in euros only, and issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France, the French overseas territories, or Monaco. After placing your order, send us a check with your order number and email address on the back. As soon as it has cleared, we will ship the products.

Eurochecks are not accepted as a payment method.

If you order a forthcoming item, the check will be cashed upon receipt.

If an order paid by check is canceled or returned (partially or in full), the remaining balance will be transferred to your Affiche Poster account. You can then use it to pay for a new order. If you would prefer a refund, simply email our Customer Service team at afficheposter@orange.fr.

You have 20 days to send us your payment. After this period, your order will be canceled by our Customer Service, who will then inform you by email.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the rates of Colissimo suivi for mainland France and priority parcel post for the rest of the world for posters, and according to the rates of our carrier DB SCHENKER-JOYAU for framed posters.

How long will my delivery take?

Generally, deliveries are made within 3 to 4 days. In all cases, you will be informed by email of the progress.

You will be informed of stock shortages on the product page; our references are constantly updated.
